Conor Laffey is a communication professional spanning over 15 years. His journey began in collegiate athletics, where he honed his skills and passion for effective public relations. His dedication led him to a pivotal role as the Communication Director for the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association, overseeing high school state championships. In this role, Conor managed communications and crafted state tournament programs. Additionally, he served as the primary point of contact for the media.
Conor's journey continued as he transitioned to the role of Communication Officer in Oak Harbor Public Schools. What started as a one-person department grew under his leadership into a thriving communication department. Conor's strategic vision garnered several state awards for the district's communication initiatives.
Conor enters his second year as the Chief Communication Officer for Snoqualmie Valley School District. He graduated from Washington State University in 2007 with a communication degree and an emphasis in public relations before earning his Master's from Marshall University.
